All muscles need to be worked to get stronger. Working muscles intensely for a couple of days does not achieve strength, rather it creates muscle fatigue. soreness and often frustration. Much like muscles, building leadership takes time, repetition, intensity and coaching.

Moment Leadership helps leaders identify their most critical leadership needs and then develop an approach to "move the needle" on their leadership effectiveness. We don't use multi-day formats for development; this outdated model doesn't foster retention. Instead, we utilize a targeted format of a maximum duration of 60-90 minutes. Leaders will learn easy-to-apply and practical approaches as well as tools for the most common, and challenging situations.

MOMENT DEVELOPMENT
We deliver impactful development experiences when your leaders need them. We do not believe in learning sessions lasting 8-16-24-32-40 hour; this has been proven ineffective for the long-term results necessary for today's leaders. Creating an optimum environment for knowledge retention and application by utilizing shorter, more frequent opportunities. We will focus on targeted topics most critical to leaders while also developing short, yet powerful, development approaches. This combination is what truly leads to impact and retention.

STRATEGIC PLANNING
We believe that in these rapidly changing times, business strategies must remain relevant and leaders must know how to innovate, change and adapt quickly. Our strategic planning process ensures success from the early design phase to action plans & implementation.

Unlike our leadership development efforts, the strategic planning process does require multiple hours to ensure the best result (we promise it's fun.) Board of Director and/ or leadership effectiveness works in tandem with strategy development efforts for incredible results!


MOMENT COACHING
We coach your leaders, 1-on-1 or in small groups, to work on strengthening their leadership muscle. The identification of role-specific leadership needs based upon competency models, creating a meaningful development plan, and working the plan leads to lasting leadership development. Coaching increases the likelihood that development will stick. Additionally, identified development plans can be aligned to the overarching strategic plan for the corporation or team.
